BOOMERANG BUCKS TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Boomerang Bucks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our price monitoring and refund service. By using Boomerang Bucks, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
1. Overview
Boomerang Bucks tracks prices for flights, hotels, and other purchases. If we detect a price drop after your purchase, we attempt to secure a refund or credit on your behalf. However, we do not guarantee that every purchase will be eligible for a refund or credit, nor do we promise the success of any price adjustment request.
2. Eligibility
To use Boomerang Bucks, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete purchase details.
Use the service for lawful purchases only.
Authorize Boomerang Bucks to act on your behalf when seeking price adjustments.
3. How It Works
Submit your booking confirmation by forwarding the email or linking your account. Boomerang Bucks monitors prices for eligible purchases. If a lower price is found, we attempt to secure a refund or credit, subject to vendor policies. Refunds or credits are returned directly to you. A success fee may apply based on the savings obtained.
4. Fees and Payment
Boomerang Bucks charges a commission of 25% of any successfully recovered funds (refunds or credits). Fees apply only when a refund or credit is successfully secured. Payment terms are disclosed at the time of signup. By using the service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
Boomerang Bucks does not guarantee eligibility for every price adjustment.Refunds and credits are subject to vendor policies. We are not responsible for denied refund requests or vendor disputes. We do not provide travel booking services, only price monitoring and adjustment assistance. Your use of Boomerang Bucks is at your own risk, and we make no guarantees regarding potential savings.
6. User Responsibilities
Ensure that all submitted booking information is accurate. Comply with all applicable laws and vendor policies. Notify Boomerang Bucks if you receive a refund or credit independently. Promptly pay any applicable fees owed to Boomerang Bucks.
7. Account Termination
Boomerang Bucks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Your use of the service is deemed excessive or inappropriate.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Your purchase data is collected solely for price monitoring and refund requests. Boomerang Bucks does not sell or share your data with third parties. We store contact information and booking details strictly for tracking and refund purposes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of Google and Other Email ServicesBoomerang Bucks integrates with Google Gmail and other email services to analyze booking confirmation emails for the purpose of price monitoring and refund requests. We only access email metadata and content related to travel bookings. Your email data is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose outside of price tracking and refund processing. We store your booking information securely and only retain it for as long as necessary to provide our services. Users can revoke access at any time through their Google account settings or by contacting info@boomerangbucks.com. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. By using Boomerang Bucks, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including the fee structure and the absence of guarantees regarding refunds or credits.
